By using Wordmarks, you agree to provide lawful inputs and not misuse the service, API, or MCP endpoint.

One successful logo generation consumes one credit. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Automated access remains subject to rate limits.

You are responsible for reviewing generated work for trademark, copyright, and suitability before commercial use. AI output may not be unique.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing portal. Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or security risk.
